You can exchange or return for refund a product that you have purchased from Rama within 30 days of your purchase.
Please contact us through email at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the issue and whether you are looking to return or exchange your glasses purchased on www.rama.co.nz. Once confirmed we will provide you with a returns shipping address.
Your right to exchange or return is subject to these conditions:
- Rama must take receipt of the return or exchanged product within 30 days of receipt of your purchases
- The product must be in new and resalable condition
- You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs
- If you are exchanging your glasses for another pair, Rama will pay for the cost of shipping back to you
- If you request a refund, it will be credited to the same account as the account from which the original payment was made
Cost of shipping
Currently we are only shipping domestically within New Zealand. For this we charge a standard shipping fee of $5. In the future we hope to ship internationally.
Rama is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. We will to the best of our ability attempt to resolve any issues that may arise during transit, but make no guarantee of such.
Our glasses are all inspected prior to packaging and shipping. However, if you find your product is faulty, your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Law will be respected and a refund or exchange of product will be provided and shipped at no cost to you.
